I particularly enjoyed this photo spelunking expedition in Carlsbad Caverns. “Why?” you ask. Is it the mysterious beauty of an alien-like world beneath the surface of our feet coupled with an immense quiet so thick you lose all sense of space and time? Very good, but a bit off target. What got really got me was knowing that the great Ansel Adams had taken photos in the same exact place many many years before me. That was pretty inspiring I say. Next stop, Yosemite National Park.
